DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PLACE
AN ORDER?

No you do not, but if you were to become a part of your Baking Blocks community you would get first dibs on our latest and most exciting news and offers!

HOW DO I REGISTER?

{1} Click on the Login button on the upper right hand corner.
{2} Fill in your particulars in the signup section.
{3} Select submit.
{4} You would receive a confirmation email from us.
{5} Click on the link sent to you through the email, to confirm your account sign up.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP AT BAKING BLOCKS?

Yes, of course! Your privacy and security is of the upmost importance to us. Your personal information would be used by Baking Blocks for your ordering and shopping leisure, and to keep you updated on Baking Blocks’ most exciting offers and news! Baking Blocks does not share any of your personal information to any third parties, or store any of your payment information.

DO YOU DO BULK/ WHOLESALE ORDERS?

MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept the following modes of payments:

  • Debit/Credit cards (Via Paypal)

WHEN WOULD MY ORDER BE CONFIRMED?

Your order would be confirmed as soon as the payment has been processed.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

In order to get your exciting purchases to you as soon as we can, we are unable to amend your purchases for you after it has been confirmed.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY?

Your order will be submitted to us and we will send an update of the delivery status in 1 to 2 working days.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

We’re sorry to hear that!

If you would like to wait for the item to come back to stock you could proceed to the Contact page and leave your email address to ensure that you get notified when the item comes back into stock.
If not, you can take a look at some of similar products on the product page itself. You might find an interesting alternative instead!

HOW DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?

You may enter your discount code at the checkout cart and the updated amount will be reflected upon code entry.

 

Delivery

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver country wide in Singapore.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

You will receive your purchase between 2-4 working days, earliest to your order date. If you have any questions with regards to the delivery of your order, please drop us an email at kitchen@bakingblocks.com, we will assist you as best as we can.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

We deliver from 10:30am – 9pm from Monday to Friday. Please email us at kitchen@bakingblocks.com if you have a preference for day deliveries or evening deliveries for weekdays. Please ensure that you would have someone available to collect the items during delivery.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Your order would normally process between 1-2 working days. If you have any questions with regards to your order, please drop us an email at kitchen@bakingblocks.com, we will assist you as best as we can.

CAN I SELF-COLLECT MY ITEMS?

Yes, you would have the option to self-collect your items from our outlet at Woodlands if you would like to do so. Just select the Self-Collect option during checkout.

Once the order and payment has been confirmed, we will notify you via email on when you can collect your items.

Self collection hours are from 10:30am – 6pm from Monday to Friday.

Please note, your orders will be cancelled and refunded if it is not collected in two weeks. Please contact us at kitchen@bakingblocks.com should you need a longer collection period.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

You can enjoy free delivery for your order if your order is $50 & above! We charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders below $50.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER ON MY BEHALF?

Yes, of course. Please make sure the assigned person has your order number for verification during the delivery.

WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO LEAVE MY PURCHASE WITH MY CONCIERGE/ SECURITY GUARD OR AT MY DOORSTEP?

Due to the sensitivity of some of our products we strongly recommend against this option, as this might affect the quality and freshness of your purchases.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AROUND DURING THE DELIVERY?

If you happen to know ahead of your delivery time (at least 1 day in advance), please contact us kitchen@bakingblocks.com or 6710 7730 as soon as you can. We will do our best to reschedule your delivery.

However, if you had missed your order and would like to arrange for a redelivery, please contact us at kitchen@bakingblocks.com or 6710 7730. The redelivery fee would be $10.

Our products are carefully handled in controlled storage and delivery conditions, so that they can arrive safely in your hands for your baking and eating pleasures.

THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED.

We’re sorry to hear that! We strongly advise you to check your order upon receiving your package. If you find that it is incorrect, please keep it unopened in its original packaging and contact us immediately at kitchen@bakingblocks.com or 6710 7730. We would do our best to assist you in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
